All rates are based on double occupancy and subject to North Carolina sales tax and Henderson County occupancy tax. A full breakfast each morning is included for guests of the main Inn and is available to guests of the cottage for an additional fee. A one night deposit is required for weekend reservations. A two night deposit may be required on holidays and during peak season. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Any cancellation is subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
